The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for a well-established client based in Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular night work, consistent hours and a straightforward trunking route. The vehicle will be pre-loaded before your shift, allowing you to get on the road promptly.

The Role

• Class 1 trunking from Tamworth to Leatherhead.
• Tuesday to Saturday.
• 02:30 start time.
• Vehicle pre-loaded before the start of the shift.
• Unloading roll cages at the delivery point.
• Occasional collection on the return journey when required.
• Completing relevant paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Maintaining a professional and reliable service at all times.

• £18.50 per hour
• Tuesday to Saturday
• 02:30 start
• Ongoing temporary assignment.
• Regular and consistent work.

Driver Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 6 month's commercial Class 1 (C+E) driving experience.
• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph card.
• A professional and reliable approach to work.
• Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday.
