Description

Clerical Assistant Due to retirement of the previous post holder an opportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Dementia Reablement Team.

The team offer support to adults with mental health issues using the reablement model.

This is a permanent position for Grade 4 for 18.5 hours a week. , The service is office base is Macclesfield Town Hall.
