About the Role
Join Christian Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist and play a direct role in improving patient outcomes in the ICU.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary care team, you will participate in daily ICU rounds, provide clinical pharmacy services including order verification, pharmacokinetic, warfarin, and TPN consults, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and dietitians.
