The Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (RDRHC) Redevelopment and Expansion, with a budget of $1.8 billion, is a fast-paced Major Capital Project (MCP) involving the concurrent design and construction of a new inpatient tower within the existing hospital site, alongside the development of a new ambulatory care building situated near the hospital.
