Description

IQVIA is seeking a Learning Delivery Quality Lead (Trainer) to deliver onboarding, role-readiness, and capability development for Clinical Operations staff across multiple European sites including Madrid.

You will partner with quality, HR, and operations to ensure compliant, effective training and documentation.

The role requires 7–10 years total experience in regulated clinical research environments, plus 3–5 years in L&D.

Strong LMS skills and fluency in English and French are valued.
