Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer

Requirements:

• Were looking for someone with 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• We need strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
• Were seeking solid VMware, networking and backup knowledge.
• We value a consultative, collaborative style and excellent communication skills.
• Nice to have: AZ-104, AZ-800, ITIL, PowerShell or infrastructure-as-code experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support our on-premises and Azure infrastructure, including servers, VMware, storage, backup and networking.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Intune.
• Act as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, following ITIL processes.
• Work with our Security team on patching, vulnerability remediation and Zero Trust.
• Support our cloud migration projects and automation efforts.
