Cloud Service Manager

Salary: £104,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong ITIL/service management experience. Experience across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request Management. Cloud service and multi-supplier experience. Experience delivering Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and service reporting. Experience with Jira Service Management, Confluence and Remedy or equivalent ITSM tooling.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills. Sole British nationality.
