CNA - DPSNF - Full Time Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am Job Description: PATIENT POPULATION: The patient population served in the DP/SNF is 21 years old and older.
This also includes services which affect facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors and the general public.
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) performs individually assigned patient care activities based upon established patient care policies and procedures.
