Annual salary: up to £32,000.00 Co-ordinator – Voids, Buy Backs and Disrepair Location: Tower Hamlets Full time / Permanent Salary: £32,000 Hours: 42.5 hours Monday - Friday Mears is looking for a Co-ordinator to support our Tower Hamlets contract.
You will help plan and track works across void properties, buy-back properties and disrepair cases, making sure the right people have the information they need and work progresses to agreed timescales.
