Responsibilities
Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the Alabama Small Business Unit (SBU).
Coordinate the implementation of national and regional SBU initiatives, processes, and best practices within Alabama.
Coach and mentor team members on workflows, service standards, carrier relationships, and operational best practices.
Facilitate regular statewide team meetings and ongoing communication.
Serve as a liaison between Alabama operations and national SBU leadership.
