Description
P osition: Community Grounds Keeper: Reports to Community Manager and Community Service Supervisor: POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Grounds Keeper is responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; and for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks, and alleyways of the community in a clean and safe condition.
The Community Grounds Keeper also assists in other types of maintenance when necessary.
