Job overview Community Staff Nurse Band 5- Multiple patterns of working available The Tameside & Glossop District Nursing Service are currently looking to recruit Band 5 Community Staff Nurses.
Our service works across the 5 neighbourhoods of Tameside.
You will be allocated a team base upon appointment and will have the support of our induction facilitator alongside a designated ‘buddy’.
