WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist the job site superintendents with management of the structural shell construction.
Verify that the working deck is ready for inspection by the threshold and other inspectors.
Assist with communication and coordination between the separate subcontractors and site superintendents on the working deck.
Verify the Owner’s concrete testing company is observing concrete pours, performing slump tests, taking concrete cylinders, and properly documenting the pours.
