ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Specialized Geriatric Services (SGS), the Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant (PRC) provides consultation, education, and support to healthcare providers and care partners involved in the care of older adults experiencing neurocognitive disorders (such as dementia or delirium), mental health challenges, and responsive behaviors.
