Location: TU Grangegorman, Dublin 7 Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent Sodexo is seeking an experienced and commercially focused PPP Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of facilities management services across a strategic PPP contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the delivery of integrated Hard FM, Soft FM, Energy, Lifecycle and Compliance services across two landmark higher-education buildings within a flagship Dublin PPP contract, managing a team of approximately 50 colleagues and specialist service partners. Reporting to the Contract Director, you will be accountable for operational performance, financial delivery, contractual compliance, client satisfaction and long-term asset stewardship. The role requires a strong blend of facilities management expertise, commercial acumen, stakeholder management and contractual knowledge within a complex performance-based environment. What you will be doing Lead the safe and effective delivery of all integrated facilities management services across the contract. Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of managers, supervisors, technicians, helpdesk personnel and service partners. Lead the contract’s compliance arrangements and ensure that appropriate controls, assurance processes and corrective actions are maintained across contractual, statutory and service requirements. Act as the primary operational interface with the client, representatives, consultants and key stakeholders. Lead monthly performance reviews, client governance meetings and operational reporting processes. Manage contract budgets, forecasts, expenditure controls and commercial performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation and service enhancement. Oversee lifecycle replacement programmes and asset management activities to ensure long-term asset performance and contract compliance. Lead incident management, emergency response and business continuity planning. Manage contractor performance and ensure the effective delivery of specialist subcontracted services. Ensure robust controls are maintained to minimise performance and service failures and contractual risk. Support audit, assurance, quality and compliance programmes across all service lines. Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and stakeholder satisfaction. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration and operational excellence. What we are looking for Essential Significant experience managing large-scale Facilities Management contracts. Strong operational knowledge of both Hard FM and Soft FM services. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and outsourced service providers. Demonstrable experience managing budgets, commercial performance and contractual KPIs.
