Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, chatbots, or voicebots . Commercial experience with Parloa / Parloa AMP is highly preferred. Alternatively, solid experience with platforms such as Cognigy, Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Rasa . Good understanding of NLU, NLP, dialogue management, and GenAI/LLM concepts . Experience working in contact center, telephony, or voice automation environments .
