OVERVIEW Hiring for a major bank: Corporate Actions Specialists to join its Operations group.

As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will manage corporate action events from announcement through to payment for securities held on behalf of the bank's clients.

The team processes a large, steady volume of corporate action events, including mergers, acquisitions, dividends, interest payments, maturities and redemptions, announced through major depositories such as CDS, DTC, BNP and Citi.
