Corporate/Commercial Law Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate/Commercial Law Clerk to work with a team and support on a wide range of legal services across all functions of the business.

This will include working with Lawyer and Clerks on transaction execution, including project finance and M&A, maintain legal entities across Canada and the United States, and providing support on operations, regulatory, real property and general commercial matters.
