• Investigate and resolve real application issues by reviewing reported problems, asking questions, reproducing defects, and debugging front-end and back-end code
• Improve existing code for performance, readability, security, and long-term maintainability
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests to confirm fixes and reduce future issues
• Work with developers and business partners to understand how applications are used and why the work matters
• Document solutions and update technical resources so others can understand, support, and build on your work
• Share progress, ask for feedback, and participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Take on other development tasks and learning opportunities as assigned

Qualifications:
• Current college or university student pursuing Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Foundational programming and web development knowledge gained through coursework, personal projects, internships, or other hands-on experience
• Curiosity and persistence when working through unfamiliar problems; you know when to research, test an idea, and ask for help
• Ability to explain your thinking, listen to feedback, and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical teammates
• Strong organization and follow-through, including keeping work and documentation current
• A collaborative, dependable approach with the initiative to move work forward and the judgment to seek guidance when needed
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, development practices, and the business processes our applications support

Additional Details:
• Competitive pay based on relevant coursework and experience
• Up to 40 hours per work week
• Hands-on mentoring, regular feedback, and increasing responsibility as skills and confidence grow
• Housing stipend or allowance is not provided

Location:
