Northview Law is seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join our growing Toronto team.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with 4–5 years of post-bar experience who is comfortable handling sophisticated corporate and commercial matters and working directly with clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
