About the team and what we do Case Preparation and Presentation (CPP) is a multidisciplinary team responsible for preparing and presenting cases to the NMC’s Fitness to Practise Committee, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

We also advise on and manage High Court interim order applications and appeals, playing a key role in protecting the public and maintaining confidence in the professions we regulate.
