responsibilities
Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide them exceptional customer support.
Review and control credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
Monitor the customer financing repayment (Cash collection, Past due management, Write-off).
Process customer claims.
Provide credit processing support to the country credit underwriting teams.…
