Description
Job overview We know that service users recover quickly at home, and you will be an integral component for ensuring that this is done in a safe and specific way as an alternative to hospital admission, working alongside the wider MDT.
As a Band 6 Nurse in the CRHT, you will be responsible for providing urgent and emergency triage, advice and assessment for people in a mental health crisis.
You will also be responsible for undertaking home treatment visits as indicated by the MDT.
