QUALIFICATIONS
Skilled in the maintenance of school district building facilities, equipment, and grounds relative to caring, cleaning, repairing and replacing REPORTS TO: Building Evaluator or designee SUPERVISES : None JOB GOAL: To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas of the site building plant, facilities, grounds and equipment TERM: Twelve (12) months SALARY: Custodian Salary Schedule-NIV PERFORMANCE
