About the Role
The Product Education Specialist will help customers and internal teams better understand and use PheedLoop’s products.
This person will own product education content, improve our knowledge base, and help build a structured customer certification program.
The role will work closely with both Customer Success and Product to turn complex product information into clear, useful, and engaging learning materials.
