POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Secures all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks.
