Customer Service Coordinator - VIPz

Main Purpose of the Role: To provide high quality service to all dedicated service customers (VIPz).

To monitor all cargo for Dedicated Service Customers (VIPz) using proactive reports and working closely with the customers, the Strategic Account Managers & the VIPz Asia team located in Hong Kong.

Main Tasks: Monitors VIPz customers cargo using special reports and provide updates to the customer as required.

Maintains constant line of communication with VIPz customers.
