The RoleYou’ll work across a broad range of cyber security projects, including:

- Developing scripts, automation and internal security tooling
- Acting as a trusted technical point of contact for clients
- Explaining complex cyber security risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Producing high-quality technical reports, documentation and remediation guidance
- Participating in client workshops, scoping sessions and presentations
- Keeping up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and security technologies

- Strong technical knowledge across networking, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls and VPNs
- Experience with Windows and Linux administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory and identity management
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or GCP

- Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar

- The confidence to communicate with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- An adaptable approach and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo SC clearance or above
Any of the following would be beneficial:
- OSCP, CREST CPSA/CRT, Security+, CISSP, AZ-500 or AWS security certifications
- Experience with offensive security tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound or Cobalt Strike
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, NCSC CAF or ISO 27001
- Terraform, Ansible, DevSecOps or CI/CD experience
- An interest in AI and automation within cyber security
- Existing SC or DV clearance
- £50,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience
- Funded professional training and certifications
- Dedicated time for research and development
- Exposure to varied and high-impact cyber security projects
- Opportunity to join a small specialist team where your ideas can have genuine influence
- Flexible working arrangements
