Description
Job overview The Band 5 Mental Health Worker will form a key part of the Intensive Support Function (ISF), supporting children and young people aged 5–18 with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex behavioural needs.
The role will focus on delivering direct clinical interventions, supporting assessment and care planning, and working proactively with families and professionals to reduce crisis, prevent placement breakdown, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
