Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience with working knowledge of analytics and statistical software, such as Python, Excel, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, and other tools used to perform analyses and interpret data.Knowledge of data analytics techniques and demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.Expertise in database concepts and practices.Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Effective communication and active listening skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compellingly with all stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, management, and senior management.Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality, with the ability to take ownership of data, analyze and summarize findings, and make recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Clear understanding of standard project controls methods and procedures aligned with the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.Experience with EcoSys and/or Primavera P6.
