Data Analytics Consultant - Turn Data into Business Impact

TNP Italia is a management and technology consulting firm based in Milan seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to join our consulting team. You will contribute to data-driven transformation projects across multiple industries, turning data into actionable insights to support client decisions.

Collect, clean, structure, and validate datasets from multiple sources. Develop Python scripts and SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities. Build and apply analytical models, including descriptive, diagnostic, and basic predictive models. Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Translate analytical results into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. Support the preparation of client presentations, project deliverables, and steering committee materials. Master's degree or higher in a related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or BI. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Fluency in Italian and English.
