Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Analytics – Delivery Region Europe in Barcelona.

You will partner with senior leaders to turn strategic priorities into data-driven initiatives, lead end-to-end delivery of data products, and shape a regional analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.

You will develop scalable data pipelines, ensure governance and security, and drive adoption across Europe.
