With a highly integrated team of 400+ experts, for over 20 years C&F has been delivering superior engineering and premium operations to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Life Science industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and maintaining domain data models, ensuring business concepts are translated into scalable and reusable technical solutions.
  • Providing oversight and guidance to engineering teams to ensure solutions align with standards and business requirements.
  • Reviewing and governing changes to data assets, ensuring they remain trusted, well-structured, and fit for data foundations.
  • Owning the domain data foundation, including data definitions, data quality, and consistency across data products.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Analytical Product Managers, and delivery squads to align priorities and drive data initiatives.
  • Monitoring data operations, performance, and service delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency,
  • Driving adoption of data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality practices within the domain.

What you will need:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills,
  • Strong experience in data modelling, including conceptual and logical modelling,
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data platforms, preferably Databricks,
  • Ability to translate business requirements and definitions into scalable data models and technical specifications,
  • Good understanding of lakehouse, data integration, and analytics data architectures,
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Technical Leads.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and cloud-based data platforms,
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and lineage management practices,
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices,
  • Understanding of analytics, reporting, and data product development.

What we offer:

  • Learning & development opportunities – after your probation period, you’ll have access to a highly flexible and generous English language reimbursement program, along with an individual development budget to use as you see fit.
  • Classic benefits like private medical care, a sports card, and a preferential life insurance plan. Plus, our infamous Fruit Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • A hybrid work setup with plenty of flexibility. Delivery teams work mostly remotely. Support teams come to the office at least once a week – as an HR team, we meet every Wednesday. On other days, you decide where you work.
  • A bunch of non-work activities, including Office Day (a fun-filled day when employees from all over Poland gather at the office), POP UP integrations, various competitions from cooking to photography, and the chance to submit charity causes to our CF4GOOD program, which provides support to those in need.
  • A workplace that values people and is built on collaboration, not competition. If you’re tired of toxic work environments, you’ll finally get a chance to breathe. And if you’ve been lucky with great employers so far, we’ll do our best to keep that streak going.
