Monzo, the challenger bank, is expanding its EU data presence and seeks a Data Director to lead the data discipline across new markets.
You will own the data strategy, drive learning loops, and shape product and commercial priorities with EU leadership.
You'll collaborate with the EU CEO, Country Managers, and the VP of Product to set metrics, forecast outcomes, and ensure fast, data‑driven decision making in a dynamic, international environment.
