Data Engineering Technical Lead

As Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will design, deliver, and operate enterprise data solutions. Translate business requirements and architectural direction into production-ready systems. Guide technical decisions across data engineering, analytics, architecture, artificial intelligence, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and production deployment of data solutions
• Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
• Direct engineers through design and code reviews
• Apply data quality, security, governance, metadata, and lineage practices
• Improve automation, DataOps, and deployment processes

Requirements:

• Seven years of relevant data engineering or analytics experience
• Technical leadership experience delivering production-grade data solutions
• Strong hands-on SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI experience
• Understanding of CDC, incremental processing, pipelines, and data modelling
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Apply technical leadership across SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI to build reliable Sanimax data solutions.
