Strada in Spain is seeking a Data Migration Lead to deliver country-level data migration activities for payroll implementation projects.
You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure data is migrated accurately, on schedule, and to quality standards.
This role requires leading migration workshops, guiding DM Support resources, and reporting progress to the Workstream Lead.
Strong English and HRIS/payroll knowledge are essential, along with willingness to travel.
