Data platform Engineer

We're looking for a Data Platform Engineer to help build and scale a modern AWS-based data platform that powers analytics and data products across the business.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS, particularly Redshift and S3
• Hands-on knowledge of Airflow, dbt, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data products
• Understanding of observability, data governance, and platform best practices

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining data platform services and reusable templates
• Developing robust data pipelines and products with business teams
• Managing and optimizing Redshift performance
• Driving automation, self-service analytics, and DevOps best practices
• Helping shape the future of a modern data platform used across the organisation
