Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud engineering
• Strong understanding of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Experience with classical machine learning and Large Language Model evaluation
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), experiment design, and model cards
• Experience supporting software development, application integration, and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate AI and machine learning solutions, including classical ML models and LLM-based applications
• Apply problem framing, AI/ML performance metrics, experiment design, and model evaluation techniques
• Support prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and model documentation
• Gather business and technical requirements and identify dependencies across applications and processes
• Contribute to application solution design, coding, configuration, and technical reviews
• Review code quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring application and software problems
• Support application integration, deployment, configuration validation, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Produce technical documentation, user guidance, and implementation materials
