At Luckia, we are looking for a Database Administrator to lead the architecture and evolution of our Database service, working alongside the Development, Data, Security, and Operations teams.

What you'll do

🎯 What will your mission be?

• Lead the Database architecture and strategy.
• Participate in projects and technical decisions from their early stages.
• Guarantee the performance, availability, security, and observability of the DBs ⚙️
• 📈 Drive continuous improvement, automation, and technological evolution.
• 🔍 Identify and reduce technical debt and obsolescence.
• Coordinate providers and collaborate with different technological teams.
• Participate in the resolution of complex incidents and root cause analysis 🛠️
• Promote best practices, standards, and a culture of technical excellence.
