Description Position Summary: Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch Day Treatment Aides play a vital role in supporting a trauma-informed environment by providing consistent social, emotional, and behavioral support to youth enrolled in our day treatment program.

Day Treatment Aides work directly with youth, offering supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, and helping to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive setting.

Starting Salary Range: $17.12 - $19.27 per hour.
