Description
Amazon is seeking a Station Process Excellence Manager for our Last Mile Delivery network in Zaragoza.
You will drive standardization on site and act as the link between station management and the PEx team, optimizing delivery station operations.
You will monitor performance indicators, develop action plans, and lead day-to-day operations during peak times, including managing external partners.
You will also contribute to audits and deploy process standards across delivery stations.
