About The Role

At Alzheimer's Society, we believe no one should face dementia alone.

Every conversation, every visit and every moment of reassurance can make a meaningful difference to someone living with dementia and those who care for them.

We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive Cambridgeshire team, working 21 hours per week across Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.

This is a community based role covering Central Cambridgeshire.
