We are looking for a warm, thoughtful and organised Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team in Warwickshire working 21 hours per week, Monday Thursday & Friday on a permanent basis.

This is a community-based role with regular travel across Warwickshire, with a particular focus on Stratford-upon-Avon.
