Job overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Emergency Department, for the appointment of Deputy Matron to support our Nursing Teams to become effective communicators, to mentor new staff, to support Matron in the maintenance of professional standards, creating a safe and improved patient, relative and staff experience whilst supporting the interface between the multidisciplinary teams.
This will ensure we have senior leadership over a 7-day period in the department.
