Summary Under general supervision, performs a variety of activities associated with booking, release, and detention of prisoners in a detention facility.
Detention Officers may be assigned to a day, swing, or graveyard shift on a regular rotational basis that includes working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Will be required to attend a AZ Correctional Officer Training Academy (COTA) or Basic Corrections Officer Training Program.
