devops engineer in SaaS/PaaS platforms

The team operates and continuously improves SaaS/PaaS platforms in public-cloud environments. It works across platforms in a small, self-organized team.

Задачи:

• Set up and operate customer sandboxes and cloud environments
• Define and perform operational tasks based on service-operation best practices
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and configuration processes
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment templates
• Administer Linux-based systems and cloud environments
• Support containerized and distributed applications
• Improve monitoring, observability, reliability, and troubleshooting processes
• Integrate customer-specific identity, networking, API, and DNS requirements
• Adapt automation to changes in cloud and CI/CD platforms
• Collaborate directly with customers, team members, and stakeholders

Требования:

• Practical experience with one or more public-cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or T-Cloud Public
• Strong understanding of cloud operations and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or comparable Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or managed Kubernetes services
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, scripting, and automation
• Solid Linux system administration skills
• Experience with operational support, troubleshooting, and error analysis
• Understanding of testing, monitoring, and reliable service operations
• Structured, solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency at B2+ and German proficiency at B2+

Будет плюсом:

• experience with GitLab or GitHub pipelines and templates, identity and access management solutions such as Keycloak, ADFS, Active Directory, or Microsoft Entra ID, cloud networking components, application gateways, APIs, customer-specific DNS, cloud monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or Prometheus, web application firewalls, database system administration
