Description
- DevOps strategy & roadmap - define CI/CD, automation, cloud and platform-engineering direction.
- Team leadership - manage DevOps engineers, workload
- CI/CD governance - establish standards for build, test, release and deployment pipelines.
- Release & deployment management - ensure reliable, repeatable and controlled production releases.
- Cloud & infrastructure oversight - oversee cloud environments, containers, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
- Environment management - ensure development, test, staging and production environments are available and correctly configured.
- Automation - drive automation of builds, deployments, provisioning, testing and operational activities.
- Platform/tooling ownership - oversee tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
