DevOps Release and Change Engineer

Support CI Financial’s DevOps releases and controlled technology changes in Toronto, maintaining Jenkins pipelines, scripts, and environments.

This IT Change Management and Release Engineer II position supports software configuration, infrastructure change, and release management. You will review deployment authorization, testing, audit trails, and environment requests across on-premises and cloud platforms. The position also supports Git, Flyway DB, CheckMarx, and other CI/CD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and environment configuration files
• Support filesystem and database deployments through Jenkins
• Review and authorize cloud and on-premises deployments
• Configure test and production filesystem environments
• Support users of Git-based CI/CD platforms

Requirements:

• One-plus year of DevOps and CI/CD experience
• Strong Git version control knowledge, including SourceTree
• Jenkins experience is an asset
• Solid UNIX/Linux and shell scripting knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
