Key tasks and
responsibilities
Coordinate deployment of digital tools across multiple countries.
Travel frequently to support on-site implementation and adoption.
Ensure consistency of deployment practices across BUs.
Design and deliver user training sessions.
Develop simple and effective user guidance materials.
Support change management initiatives at BU level.
