Magasasa søger en dygtig dim sum-kok til vores køkken i København.

Arbejdsopgaver:

• Tilberedning af forskellige typer kinesisk dim sum fra bunden

• Fremstilling og klargøring af dej og fyld

• Håndlavning og foldning af dumplings, bao og andre dim sum-specialiteter

• Dampning, kogning og stegning af dim sum

• Forberedelse af råvarer til den daglige produktion

• Sikring af ensartet kvalitet, smag og udseende

• Korrekt opbevaring og håndtering af råvarer

• Rengøring og vedligeholdelse af arbejdsområdet

• Overholdelse af køkkenets procedurer for hygiejne og fødevaresikkerhed

Vi søger en person med relevant praktisk erfaring med professionel madlavning og gerne særlig erfaring med kinesisk dim sum. Du skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig indgå i et travlt køkkenteam.

Dim Sum Chef Wanted at Magasasa restaurant

Magasasa is looking for a skilled Dim Sum Chef to join our kitchen team in Copenhagen.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing different types of Chinese dim sum from scratch

• Preparing dough, fillings and other ingredients

• Hand-making and folding dumplings, bao and other dim sum specialties

• Steaming, boiling and pan-frying dim sum

• Preparing ingredients for daily production

• Ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation

• Proper storage and handling of ingredients

• Cleaning and maintaining the work area

• Following kitchen procedures for hygiene and food safety

We are looking for someone with relevant practical experience in professional cooking, preferably with specific experience in Chinese dim sum. You should be able to work independently and as part of a busy kitchen team.
